Welcome to Los Enamorados!

By placing an order you accept the following General Terms and Conditions of Cada Dia Un Poquito Mas S.L. (hereinafter referred to as Los Enamorados)

Right to exchange and return

You can return any item ordered from the comma online store within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, by mailing the product to the following address:

Please note that merchandise which is sent back has to be in a condition corresponding to a normal use for the purpose of checking the merchandise – as would be usual for trying it on in a store – and that they must still have the original tags on them. We reserve the right to demand compensation for items returned in poor condition due to additional usage. The costs for the return shipment will be payed by the customer.
Money will be return to the customer in a delay of 10 days after reception of the merchandise.

* Delivery prices are based on orders up till 2kg.

**Please note that with the COVID situation the delivery time may be slightly longer and that Los Enamorados can't be taken for responsible.


Prices and payment methods

All prices are indicated in Euros. You can choose whether you wish to pay the merchandise by Bank transfer, Banca SOFORT, iDEAL, Bancontact, Belfius Direct Net and credit cards (visa, mastercard and american express)


Acceptance of orders

Los Enamorados is free to refuse online orders. It is at Los Enamorados’s sole discretion whether it accepts an order. In the event that Los Enamorados cannot carry out an online order, the customer will be notified without delay. An order confirmation does not yet constitute a binding sales contract. The sales contract only takes effect after delivery of the goods.

The following steps are required to submit your binding order using the online shopping bag system: Please place the selected item(s) in the virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping cart" button. You can open the shopping bag and make changes at any time by clicking on the identical button.

Once you have placed the desired item in the shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button, which first directs you to a page with the buttons "Log in", "Register now" or "Continue without registration". After selecting a button, you can enter your personal data or reach the log-in area, provided you have already registered with us. On the following pages you select (1) your billing and delivery address, the delivery method and accept our T&C, and (2) select the payment method before reaching the (3) check and place order page. Here you can check your order data one more time and change or edit the order by clicking the "change" button if necessary. You can also cancel the order, for example by closing your browser. The order process is completed only after pressing the "Buy now" button. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the item description, all items are delivered without any of the accessories that may be pictured.


Transport damage

The customer shall notify the respective delivery company immediately, regardless of his/her warranty rights, if items are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or the contents. The customer shall refuse acceptance and contact Los Enamorados by email at [email protected], so that Los Enamorados can maintain any rights against the dispatcher:


Storage of contract text

The contract text is not saved by Los Enamorados and cannot be accessed after completing the order process. You can, however, print the order data immediately after having sent the order request.


Retention of title 

The goods delivered remain the property of Los Enamorados until they have been paid in full.


Legal instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, in the case of partial deliveries, the last of the goods. To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the goods pursuant to paragraph 1 or by returning the goods without comment. Unless the circumstances indicate otherwise, returning the goods without comment will be understood as a statement of withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Effects of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (the costs for the return shipment will be borne by the customer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The following model withdrawal form complies with all statutory information requirements. It is not necessary to state your withdrawal separately, e.g. by using the form below. It is enough to return the goods without comment.

Data privacy and creditor protection

As a basic principle, all personal data will be handled confidentially. Your personal data collected are processed, used and saved for the purpose of handling and carrying out your order. Where necessary, your data will be forwarded to affiliated companies and/or our service partners, who will process and use the data for the purpose of handling your orders. When data is processed, your interests worthy of protection are taken into account as required by law.


Warranty

The consumer can make a claim under the warranty for purchased goods that are defective according to the legal regulations. In particular, the customer can demand supplementary performance (a new delivery or a repair of the defects). Los Enamorados is entitled, however, to replace the goods if the repair of defects would incur unreasonable costs. Warranty claims expire two years after the delivery of the goods. When making his/her warranty claim, the buyer must provide the order number, his/her name and address as well as brief information explaining the reasons for the claim.
